I am willing to pay for decent, ONLINE Flight Simulator Training. Must have HUMAN support - Someone I can ask questions when I'm stuck ... and get good answers! Pontius Pilot.

I'm a member of Lausa, www.lausa.co.uk, this is a free organisation but does accept donations and will be able to assist with most of your FSX problems, just register on the site and post problems on the forum or chat online using the organisations Teamspeak channel.
