To anyone who thinks colour vision is a restriction ITS NOT !! . I am 14 and really interested in becoming a pilot. i knew i had a colour deficiancy so i though to chose a different carrier path, but since CAA (Civil Aviation Association) have introduced the CAD (Colour assesment and diagnostic) test ,,, 1/3 / 33% wannabe pilots are able to folow there chosen carrer. thios test will determin wether u can fly or not. SIMPLE ! it will also tell you if you might be still able to fly but with some restrictions ! I took this test and it cost £120 but well worth the satisfaction of passing this test without any restrictions ! Now contacting my local flying schools to get ahead with flying ! Any questions welcome. :D :D
